Functions

• Coordination with media institutions and preparation of news bulletins and programmes on, Ministry programmes with national interest and special functions and publish through electronic media and printed media.
• Utilize the media such as paper advertisements, posters, banners, and hand outs to deliver the Ministry project information to the general public.
• Research system information and policy activities conducted by the organizations functioning under the Ministry of Agriculture are delivered to the general public in an effective way.
• The issues related to the farmer community which was published in mass media, are conveyed to the Hon. Minister of Agriculture and to the Secretary to the Ministry.
